Why voice matters
Generic medical marketing copy reads the same on every practice website. Patients can tell. When your condition pages and blog articles sound like they were written by someone who actually understands the procedure (because they were informed by someone who does), patients trust the content and trust you.
We do not write generic copy. We write in your voice, based on how you explain things to patients, the language you use, and the way you think about your field.
How we capture your voice
We start with a 45-minute conversation. Not about marketing. About your work: the procedures you are most interested in, how you explain conditions to patients, what you wish patients understood before their first appointment. From that conversation, we build a voice profile that guides every piece of content we write for you.
You review and approve everything. If it does not sound like you, we rewrite it.
What we write
Condition pages. One page per condition you treat, written for patients, optimised for search. These are the pages that rank for "[condition] treatment [city]" searches.
Procedure pages. What the procedure involves, what to expect before and after, risks and benefits (AHPRA requires balanced information), and recovery timelines.
Blog articles. Regular articles on topics in your field. Educational content that demonstrates your expertise and gives Google fresh pages to index. Published on your site and optionally cross-posted to Medium and LinkedIn with original angles.
Patient resources. Pre-operative instructions, post-operative guides, frequently asked questions, and what-to-expect documents. Useful for patients, valuable for SEO.
AHPRA compliance in every word
Medical content in Australia is regulated. Section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and the Guidelines for Advertising a Regulated Health Service set clear boundaries on what can and cannot be said. We know these rules and apply them to every piece of content:
- No claims of superiority ("best", "leading", "expert")
- No patient testimonials or outcome guarantees
- Balanced presentation of risks and benefits
- No urgency language encouraging indiscriminate use of services
- "Specialist" only used if you hold AHPRA specialist registration
Pricing

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you write the content or do I?
We write everything. We start with a conversation to understand your voice and expertise, then produce content that sounds like you. You review and approve everything before publication.
How do you ensure AHPRA compliance in the content?
Every piece of content goes through a compliance check against AHPRA advertising guidelines before publication. We check for prohibited terms, testimonial violations, and any claims that could create unreasonable expectations.
Can you write content for my existing website?
Yes. We can write blog articles, condition pages, and procedure pages for your existing site. If your site needs technical SEO improvements to make the most of the content, we can advise on that too.
How often should I publish new content?
We recommend 2-4 articles per month for most practices. Consistency matters more than volume. Regular publishing signals to Google that your site is active and authoritative.
